By creating an account or using Build Clan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Build Clan offers goal plans, progress tracking, points and a community feed. It is currently in early beta, so features may change, and occasional bugs or downtime can happen.

Not professional advice

Plans are based on general behavioral research and are meant for motivation and education. They are not medical, psychological or financial advice. For personal situations, consult a qualified professional.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate others.

Your content

• You own what you post. You give us permission to store and display it in the app so the service can work.
• Only upload photos you have the right to share, and blur other people’s faces and private details.
• Be honest about your progress. Only mark steps complete when you have done them.

Community rules

Be supportive. Do not post content that is:

• harassing, hateful, sexual or violent
• spam, scams or advertising
• someone else’s private information
• illegal, or encourages self-harm

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report posts from within the app.

Points

Points are for motivation only. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged.

Ending your account

You can stop using Build Clan at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing watermelon260260@gmail.com.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of Build Clan.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will let you know in the app.
